Natural water contents (i. e., the water content for the in-situ soil) and Atterberg limits were determined for the following fine-grained soils. Determine their classifications according to the Unified Soil Classification System and compute their liquidity indices (LI) for their in-situ condition.
i. Natural water content = 22%, Liquid Limit = 17, Plastic Limit = 11.
ii. Natural water content = 14%, Liquid Limit = 35, Plastic Limit = 18.
iii. Natural water content = 52%, Liquid Limit = 60, Plastic Limit = 28.
iv. Natural water content = 72%, Liquid Limit = 28, Plastic Limit = Non-Plastic.
