The pipe has three gate valves, one globe valve, two swing check valves, three standard tees through-branch, and two 90o standard elbows. Calculate the following: 1- The total length of the piping system. 2- Is the flow laminar or turbulent? 3- The Darcy friction factor if the pipe is fully rough and has an absolute internal roughness, e, of 0.009 mm. 4- The frictional head loss in units of (m) using the Darcy equation. 5- The pressure drop due to friction in units of (KPa) using Hazen Williams Equation, 4.87 1.852 13 . . 1.1101 10 i f D S G C Q P          , assuming Hazen Williams factor, C, is 130.
