10. A worker is currently exposed to two coexisting sources of noise during an 8-hour work shift, one at 85 dBA and the other at 87 dBA. The noise results from two turbines located near the worker. A proposal has been made to install a third turbine that will expose the worker to an additional noise source of 91 dBA, but only for two hours of the 8-hour shift. (a) Determine the noise dose of these three noise sources. (b) The noise level from the third turbine must be reduced to satisfy OSHA standards.
