PLEASE HELP! Joe is new to his job. His manager assigns another employee to help him settle into his work. The employee assists Joe in setting up his system, explains his job roles, and encourages Joe in his responsibilities. Nathan, on the other hand, is an intern at a robotics firm. Because he is new to the workforce, his manager asks him to observe another engineer carrying out his duties. Joe is undergoing a process called (evaluating, mentoring, accrediting, training.) . Nathan is undergoing a process called (networking, observing, job shadowing, mentoring.) I NEED HELP FOR WHAT IS IN THE PARENTHESIS PLEASE !!!
