First you put oil in the pan then heat it up

Then wait for it to get hot. You eventually add the the egg you cracked and start mixing it with a wooden spoon and add salt pepper etc however you wish. When the egg turns yellow and is bunches up and not liquidy, you know it’s ready so turn off the stove and put your eggs on a plate, you should eat toast with it as well. Wash the plate really good when you’re finished.
