You are the Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design (LEED) certifier in your area. You must analyze the construction of three different nearby buildings. You may choose whichever buildings you would like, but try to choose buildings with different purposes (libraries, offices, schools, churches). You might want to contact the builder or architect for the building if you are able to help find scores for your LEED categories. Choose five to seven different categories for your ratings, and use the exact same ratings for each building. This means that if you choose water efficiency, you must rate each of the three buildings on water efficiency. Calculate the credits for each of the categories, and provide a total score for each building. Suggest changes for each of the buildings to help them increase their LEED ratings. You will present this information in a script for a 3- to 5-minute oral presentation to discuss your findings. You must incorporate pictures or drawings of the buildings to support your presentation.
