Help asap!! i will mark brainiest! You are a civil engineer who must decide on a material for a country bridge. The purpose of this project is to create a test that will test the limits of two possible bridge materials: wood and steel. You must develop a suitable testing method for the two bridge-building materials. As part of the decision-making process, you must design an appropriate destructive test for a bridge model made with wood versus steel. Using the engineering design process, create a schematic for a bridge model. You do not need to perform the test. Your assignment is to design the test that will best assess the load limits of the two materials. Use the knowledge of materials from the lesson to help design the destructive test. Keep track of any reference you use so that you can document the source in your report. As a civil engineer, you must report your findings to the city council. For this assignment, you must submit a written report. You must include your bridge design, as well as a complete description for the destructive test you created. Make sure that your findings explain the properties of the materials that make your destructive test appropriate for the design. Assignment Guidelines Written reports must include: Destructive test description with description of materials properties Schematics and illustrations for bridge Comparison and contrast of the wood and steel materials design Written report must be 3–5 pages long. Submission Requirements All submissions should include: Proper grammar, mechanics, and sentence structure A works cited or bibliography page

Air is to be cooled in the evaporator section of a refrigerator by passing it over a bank of 0.8-cm-outer-diameter and 0.4-m-long tubes inside which the refrigerant is evaporating at -20°c. air approaches the tube bank in the normal direction at 0°c and 1 atm with a mean velocity of 4 m/s. the tubes are arranged in-line with longitudinal and transverse pitches of sl- st 1.5 cm. there are 30 rows in the flow direction with 15 tubes in each row. determine (a) the refrigeration capacity of this system and (b) pressure drop across the tube bank. evaluate the air properties at an assumed mean temperature of -5°c and 1 atm. is this a good assumption?
