Apple juice at 20 C is siphoned from a large tank using a constant-diameter hose. The end of the siphon is 1 m below the bottom of the tank. Calculate the height of the hill over which the hose may be siphoned without cavitation. Assume properties of apple juice are same as water. The atmospheric pressure is 101.3 kPa. Height of the juice in the tank is 2 m.
