3. Read the hours of each employee into a list from the updated file (see the snapshot above) where you added hours next to employee name. Perform the following operations on the list you have just read.
a. For each list element: use the value stored in the element to calculate an employee’s gross pay.
b. Display the amount of the gross pay.
c. Hourly rate $12.00
d. Overtime should be calculated at time and a half after 40 hours
