Ok, so this is an improper fraction, 13/6. Lets change it to a mixed number.

13 ÷ 6 = 2.167

Now lets multiply by the whole number 2:-

6 × 2 = 12

Subtract to find the numerator:-

13 - 12 = 1

So, 

2 is the whole number
1 is the numerator
6 is the denominator

13/0 = 2 1/6
