Will give 50 points to how ever answers the unit 3 - a midsummer night's dream short story: write a short story that tells the same story, but in modern language. include all the same characters. you can rename the characters with modern names. can be placed in any time period you want {past present or future} or in an alternate universe or planet, of you like.

Thank you for supporting by posting questions and answers to the website. It is greatly appreciated, however, you should keep the rules of the site in mind. It is against the rules you agreed to when you signed up, to post questions concerning tests or essays (Example, asking for somebody to write a short story for your schoolwork) It is school related, but keep in mind that people don't want to spend all their time on writing a long essay for someone when there are other quick answers that they can do. 
Try asking a teacher, parent, friend or somebody who is knowledgeable on this assignment.

Some tips for writing your short story:
Read " A Midsummer Night's Dream" (which is a play by William Shakespeare). Make sure you understand who the characters are, who the protagonist is (is there is one), who is addressing who, etc.

The assignment tells you to write the story in "modern language". Take the play and find synonyms for words that you don't know or words that are "old timed". If you read plays by William Shakespeare, you are bound to find tons of words that you wouldn't say normally in today's world (I know this because I have to do an essay on the "Merchant of Venice" play also by Shakespeare).
Make the short story quirky with a fun plot and events. Use your imagination and let it run wild.

When replacing the characters with other names, you can use any name that you want. Base the names off your friends, family members, or even your pets (if you have any) or computer. Use pet names if you want too (like Babe, Honey, Sugar, Baby Cakes (lol))
Make the setting on the moon, Mars, in a time loop, in the future, present, past use your imagination. 
This is as much as I can help you. I never read " A Midsummer Night's Dream" and I am sure others on haven't which is why you aren't getting answers, but I hope that I lit up a light bulb in your head and I gave you some ideas. I'm sure that your assignment is a "there is no wrong answer" type assignment, so I am sure you will do fine with a little concentration.
