I have always liked colors very much. I liked everything colored: my pens, my notebooks, the pictures on my room's walls, my fingernails, and clothes. People thought that was a little weird, but nothing out of ordinary. There was this one day, though, when everything changed. I woke up and looked at myself in the mirror. I was old enough by then, and I made a fierce decision: I was going to dye my hair blue. It was a very fun process... The ink looked like real paint! I made a huge mess, but was able to clean the furniture in the bathroom and, the clothes I had accidentally dyed, I decided to keep as a memory of that important day.

I was very happy with my new hair. I loved the idea of being able to change something so simple and so notable about yourself. I was proud of myself... But a little nervous. Nobody at school had colored hair but me, and tomorrow was Monday. People were ginger, blond, brunette... But nobody was "blue". I calmed myself down. "Everybody is going to like it, and admire you for your courage. You look amazing".

I woke up very early the following day, took a delicious shower, ate some wonderful toats and drank a cup full of coffee. The mood was: excited. Then, I left home and went to the bus stop to catch the school bus; and that was when the tragedy started. The second I stepped inside the bus, everybody stared at me. They kept staring without saying anything, following me with their eyes, until I took a seat. Some people started laughing. That seemed to encourage other people, and they started laughing louder. Within seconds, the whole bus was laughing, and I could hear comments like: "Where did THAT come from?", "She looks like Beelzebub's daughter" and "That's the weirdest thing I've ever seen". A guy from my biology class asked me with irony "Did you fall with your head in a jar of paint when you woke up?". Many of them laughed harder. Others kept on going: "Were you trying to catch everybody's attention because you are so lonely? Congratulations, you did it" and "Is your hair natural?". I couldn't believe what I was hearing.

I felt so bad that I almost couldn't keep it together. I was under attack, and I had done nothing to nobody. All I had done was making myself more like I wanted to be. I was known as being a very kind person, to whom everybody talked and who helped anyone who needed. Why were they being so mean to me? Then, the bus stopped to pick up another kid, and I ran out of there as fast as I could. As the bus went away, I could see people agitated, making comments and laughing. I burst into tears and went home walking slowly.

When I got there, I laid on my bed thinking if I deserved that, and if I really looked as ugly and weird as they had told me I was. After crying rivers, I got up and looked at myself in the mirror again. I looked like a sad normal girl. Then, I got angry at the people who disrespected me and decided I wouldn't change the way I was just because people didn't understand I was just like them: unique.

On my birthday i got a car, it was a 2001 mustang v6 i was really happy cause it was my first car, i had it for a year or 2, one day i decided to drive it to my friends house, when i pulled up in front of his house they all came out to check it out, i expected them to say congrats but that wasn't the case, these guys that i called my friends started making fun of my car because it wasn't old and because the car was slow i had told them that it was a v8 because the person that i bought it from had told me it was a Gt and they started saying that i got scammed and they started clowning me even more so after that day i had  decided that after a year or 2 i was gonna sell it and get me a gt but that never happened i couldn't sell it for what i had paid for because its not a gt so now i'm saving my money to buy me a new one but a Gt this time.
