A person can shop healthy foods by creating a list beforehand, which can help reduce you from rushing items that can possibly be cheaper. Also they can read grocery magazines online or from stores to keep track of coupons and sales. Another reason is that you can do your research for healthy food item's that can either be articles to help you or videos explaining food on a budget. Adding onto the sentence prior you can research the prices of healthy food's which you may enjoy before going shopping.

and the reason being is because she get me in trouble for the smallest things that i really don't be doing all the time it be my friends that's around me.and i love to do things that other people but when she get on my nerves i don't talk to no one i just sit there and do my work half the time.
