Which word from “evening” most strongly suggest the theme?

in the first couple of stanzas the poem is above love. the the author goes and compares the evening to a song. so i wanna say this poem is about how he loves someone and he wants to be with them because in the last stanza it states "i am yours and you are mine" he obviously wrote this poem about someone or for someone
