That's why it isn't hard for her to empathize and try to teach him a lesson through love. She shows him she trusts him by leaving her purse unattended and the door open. Roger could simply take the purse and run away, but he doesn't. This is probably the very first time in a very long time that someone trusts him. He chooses to behave, and ends up rewarded with some money for the sneakers. When he leaves the house, he wishes he could express his immense gratitude to that incredible woman, but is only able to say thank you.

i have recently ordered a product from your online shop. the shipping details read that my order would be delivered by the 8th of december, whereas it was delivered the 13th. i needed the package for a christmas exchange. 

since i paid for overnight shipping, but did not receive the package in the time allotted, i am kindly asking for a refund. the product was just perfect, but i do not believe i should have to pay for a quick shipping if it came late.
