I would strongly advice does not work because you are receiving advice, but the sentence is not talking about the advice it is giving, it is just trying to advise you. When using the word advise, it is mainly going to be used when somebody is trying to help you with something. Like right now, I'm advising you about this vocabulary. So I'm going to advise you on what the correct choice is. You could also so I'm giving you my advice. So I'm going to give you my advice on what you should pick.
