Phones- can be a distraction such as someone texting you or calling you and to minimize it you can put it away mute your phone turn it off or use an app that puts it on silent

Music- can be fun and games until people get lost in music and loose their thought on the road as well as constantly wanting to change to a better song. To eliminate this you can simply have no music.

Other people-it’s fun going out with friends but sometimes they can be loud and try to make you look at a photo and get you distracted. To minimize this you can ask them kindly that your driving and you can worry or look at it later.
