What is an example of anecdotal evidence?

John says that he will never wear a seat belt again. He claimed a friend of his survived a car accident because she was not wearing one. Apparently, she flew through the cars windscreen and landed on a grassy bank suffering only minor injuries but the car bursted into flames.

i think it's either 'to expose the corruption of the communists in russia', or 'to criticize animal brutality by communists in russia.'
