10.
which of the following is an objective observation?
a.
i was driving along in heavy traffic, heading inbound on the tobin bridge, when suddenly the blue camry in front of me slammed on her brakes. when we got out of the car to exchange information, the tall, brunette woman was clearly shaken up but unharmed. her passenger, the skinny, blond man was enraged-shaking his fists and scowling at me. i was thrilled when the police arrived to mediate.
b.
the accident was clearly caused by the bridge construction crew, who had reduced the three lane bridge to just one lane. as typical, the workers were sitting around drinking coffee, laughing at the traffic jam that they caused. that said, they did at least muster up the energy to call the police after the accident and to report that the black accord was clearly at fault.
c.
we were stopped in traffic when suddenly a black accord slammed us from behind. the driver most likely was texting, since, if he were paying attention, there is no way that he could have missed that traffic had stopped.
d.
the accident occurred at 7: 45 a. m. at the foot of the inbound level of the tobin bridge. while no people were injured, both cars appear to be totaled, with damage on the front end of the blue camry, and the rear end of the black accord.
