However, the settlers in the British did n't like this act.

They demanded independence as well as power from their countries.  

The most significant event occurred in Boston that resulted in conflicts when the Boston inhabitants started boycotting tea from the England region.

They then sold the tea illegally by evading taxes.

This, therefore, allowed multiple companies to resell the tea to other nations.
