1. Lady Macbeth asks the spirits to "unsex" her  (or wishes they could) because she wants to help her husband kill Duncan and do the other things that he needs to do in order to become king.

2. In Macbeth, Lady Macbeth chides Macbeth's manhood in order to persuade him to kill King Duncan. When Lady Macbeth receives the letter from her husband explaining the witches' prediction, she immediately realizes that Macbeth is too "full of the milk of human kindness" to go after his ambitions.

8. He is horrified by this vision of a bloody dagger and he hesitates about what he is intending to do.
