America did not stand by its promise that it would give 40 acres of land and a mule to the slaves which means 20$ per week as per today. Thus, there is a strong case of reparation and the blacks are owed around $24 trillion, as the unpaid wages to around 10 million slaves during that time. Whites have inherited the wealth from free black labor and blacks continue to face the effect of slavery.
