How do the words used to describe the poem’s arrest contribute to the idea that the arrest in the poem is unjust?

this poem will be guilty. it assumed it retained
the right to ask its question after the page
came up flush against its face. the purpose
this poem serves is obvious, even to this poem,
and that cannot stop the pen or the fist
choking it. how the page tastes at times—unsalted
powerlessness in this poem’s mouth, a blend
of that and what it has swallowed of the news.  it spits
blood—inking. it is its own doing and undoing.
this poem is trying to compose itself. it has
the right to remain either bruised or silent,
but it is a poem, so it hears you’d be safer
if you stopped acting like a poem, ceased resisting.
where is the daylight (this poem asks and is thus crushed) between existence and resistance,
between the now-bloodied page and the poem?
another poem will record the arrest of this poem,
decide what to excerpt. that poem will fail—
it won’t find the right metaphor for the pain
of having to lift epigraphs from the closing
words of poems that were accused of resisting.
that poem is numb. this poem is becoming
numb, already losing feeling in its cuffed phrasing.
no one will remember the nothing of which
this poem was accused—just that it was another
poem that bled. this poem never expected to be
this poem, yet it must be—for you who will not
acknowledge the question. this poem knew
it was dangerous to ask why?

Hurry i am on the semester test which theme is evident in this excerpt from robert frost's "mending wall"? but at spring mending-time we find them there. i let my neighbor know beyond the hill; and on a day we meet to walk the line and set the wall between us once again. we keep the wall between us as we go. to each the boulders that have fallen to each. and some are loaves and some so nearly balls we have to use a spell to make them balance: "stay where you are until our backs are turned! " we wear our fingers rough with handling them. oh, just another kind of out-door game, one on a side. it comes to little more: there where it is we do not need the wall: he is all pine and i am apple orchard. my apple trees will never get across and eat the cones under his pines, i tell him. he only says, “good fences make good neighbors." spring is the mischief in me, and i wonder if i could put a notion in his head: "why do they make good neighbors? isn't it where there are cows? but here there are no cows. before i built a wall i'd ask to know what i was walling in or walling out, and to whom i was like to give offence. . " a. the human desire for material gain b. the influence of financial constraints c. the positive effects of friendship d. the uncertain nature of human relations e. the futility of human yearning

"don't show them you're worried. there's nothing to worry about. we have twenty-eight minutes." he raised his voice, smiling. which statement explains the inference ellery makes and why he makes it? he infers that miss carpenter thinks they are not going to find the thief because he sees her facial expression. he infers that it will take twenty-eight more minutes to find the missing money because that is all the time he has. he infers that the original envelope will not be found because neither david strager nor joey buell has it. he infers that david strager and joey buell took the money because they each have a dollar bill.
