Explanation: First of all, a leisure centre is referring to a building or site which is owned by city and that is a place where people are going to relax, work out or because of health issues,

Dear sir,

We think that our city needs more leisure facilities because there is a lot of people that need it because of the health issues and also we are needing someplace for people that are trying to relax in cold seasons.

This could be useful for many people that are living here and it would also bring people from places near or place which can be perfect for tourism.

That could be one complex in which people can relax with swimming pools, sauna. They can go to a gym or have fitness. There can also be a teaching pool which is good for children.

We are suggesting that you should think about this option as something that could help all of us.
