Solitary walks through the echoing halls,

Ignoring all of the family calls.  

"Nobody likes you, just hide,"  

My head continuously lied.  

Long hours in the lonely room,  

Just waiting for Spring to bloom.  

Day by day, sunrise, sunset,

The end hasn't come just yet.  

But she removed those thoughts,  

Drinking couldn't remove her, not even the whiskey shots.  

Those melting milk chocolate eyes,

That smile that could clear the skies.  

"Hello, I'm Izzy,"  

Her brown curls all frizzy.  

I couldn't help, I smiled,  

I once again felt like a small child.  

My heart finally started beating again,  

I was released from depressions chain.  

She has changed everything,  

The season finally changed to Spring.
