Can anyone give me an example of independent sentences that don't use a noun at the beginning?

i've been stuck in the mindset of that i always need to have a comma somewhere when there's a sentence that doesn't start with a noun. i'd like some examples of some, and if you can, to give it's term like for ex:
["presumably he had nothing on his mind."/prepositional phrase]
