What is a fracture and what are its types

Fracture is a type of a bone injury resulting it to break or crushed.  

It is commonly caused by accidents, disease, great trauma or pressure to the bones. Fractures can be extremely painful. Normally, fractures required medical attention.

Some types of fractures are:

* Comminuted - wherein bones are crushed in pieces.

* Dislocation - bones or joints are disaligned or dislocated.

* Impacted - one bone has collied or mixed into another.

* Spiral - bones are twisted.
