Concerned neighbors, the law cannot be changed. The city
is in a drought, and the restrictions on watering our
gardens are there for the conservation of water and our
natural environment. The fine for breaking the restriction is
minimal. You could probably get away with it if you wanted
to. The real question is why would you value your garden
over the health of our ecosystem?
