For your final assignment on the story "The Wager" (or "The Bet"), you will write a radio interview between the Banker and an investigative journalist set in the year 1905, twenty years after the Jurist vanished from his place of confinement. Be sure the interview contains a summary of the events in the story and the Banker's reflections on these events. How have the events from "the wager" changed the Banker's outlook and morality? What moral issues were addressed in the story and what are the Banker's opinions about them now? Has he changed his ideas about life and death and what makes life worthwhile? If so, how? Be sure your interview has each character speaking at least eight times. Please help me start this off!!
