Can someone revise my essay, it is supposed to be a descriptive essay but I never wrote one before. Also, tell me what the grade might be

It was a sweltering summer day in Texas, not a single cloud in the sky. My stepsister and I woke up in our bed with layers of blankets stacked on to us and the radiant sun peeking through the curtains. We would have a deep set of eye bags caused from the night before. When we woke up in the mornings we knew exactly how we would inaugurate our day. We would scramble our way down the stairs like a herd of horses. When we go to the kitchen, we eat the same thing we eat every morning, strawberries and cream. We would cut the bright red strawberries and place them in our clear glass bowls. After doing so, we stacked whipped cream on our strawberries like Mount Everest then devoured it. To me, the strawberries were always tart, but the lightly whipped cream always balanced it out.
Furthermore, after we finished our food we would go back upstairs and change into our blue colored swimsuits. When we got outside and felt the scorching heat, we would be brimming with joy knowing how rejuvenating jumping into the pool would be. The water was clear, but had a blue reflection on it because of the blue checkered backsplash to it. The pool always had a stench of chlorine, but we didn't mind. The water felt cool and crisp compared to the humid heat of the summer air.
Moreover, we would swim all day until we yearned for food. We would walk back into the house shivering and teeth chattering because we were drenched and the air conditioning was always on. We quickly grabbed our Lunchables and Capri Suns then hastily walked back outside. We sat down on the brown and black table on the patio and unsealed our Lunchables. Our mouths watered and our eyes glistened as we stacked the ham and cheese onto our cracker. We felt an unbelievable sense of jubilation as we bit into our food. We could taste the cream from the cheese, how savory the ham was, and the crackers were salty yet as arid as the Sahara desert. Lastly, to swallow it down, we would drink our luscious fruit punch flavored Capri Suns.
Subsequently, at the end of the day, we would lay on the trampoline in our backyard and gaze up into the beautiful starry night sky. Everything would be dead silent and all you hear is the windy breeze and the crickets chirping a tune. It was a time where reality felt altered. We always lay there and wondered what the future would be like and couldn't wait to become teenagers.
