Need help with paraphrasing one e-mail.

I have one e-mail, and need to paraphrase it in own words.

Paraphrasing something can be difficult but the easiest and quickest way to do this is just to summarize what you want to say and write that down.

Explanation:

For example: If I want to write a letter to your   teacher asking him/her if i am able to retake my test. All I need to ask is " Can i retake my test?" instead of going into a long speech on reasons to let you retake it or why he/she should lol
