In act one Macbeth and Banquo come across the witches and they tell them their future. this was just the beginning because it soon got to Macbeth's head that he was soon going to be king because this what the witches had said. The supernatural plays a huge part throughout this play because it was the witches who got Macbeth's hopes up. However, the witches didn't say he had to do something to become King. Macbeth did that himself and it got himself killed.
