The sentence above can be made better by:1. reconstructing the sentence around active verbs instead of passive constructions. 2. fixing the malaprop: the writer means, "unbelief".3. revising general words such as "people" to specific terms, such as "individuals" 4. rewriting it with better economy of language, so that it is not so wordy in its ineffective overuse of padded language and other repetitive redundancies that say again what the sentence has already said clearly enough.
