what can one write something positive and negative about self-efficacy

Positive things about self efficacy: since someone knows their capability or their perception of how well they can execute in certain situations, they can know when their limit is and they know where their strong suit is.  Something negative: Maybe it can hold some people back because they may second guess themselves and they may not fulfill their true goals because of that.  Hope this helped.
