What would Emma Watson and the speaker in “An Obstacle” disagree with regarding the path to equality?

In Emma Watson's HeForShe speech on equality, she says she needs help to end gender inequality and needs men and women to participate. The more she talks about feminism, the more she realizes that this struggle has often become a synonym for hating men and ensures that it can not continue like this. The number of men in her speech was 30%, however, she addressed them telling them: gender equality is also your problem.
