(6) Finally, sit with your feet flat on the floor or on a footrest, with your thighs parallel to the ground. (7) This stance will support your body, which, in turn, will support your head and neck. (8) The second thing you can do is to make sure you are sitting 18 to 22 inches away from the screen; the screen should be at your eye level. (9) If you do these small things, the hours you spend at the computer will be more relaxing.
