Shallow means rude, or sacastic, someone that will easily turn there back on you.

Ego means how you act, your personality.

When you have a shallow ego you have a rude, insensitive personality, you love yourself but think your too good for everyone else. They could care less about you.

Explanation:

Some people will say "Oh he has a big ego" meaning he thinks very highly of himself, thinks he is tough stuff.

Shallow friends are usually friends that will stab u in the back in a heart beat.
