Is Friar Laurence doing a good
job following through with the
plan? Why or Why Not?

In the play Romeo and Juli.et, Friar Laurence is a priest who helps Romeo and Juli.et throughout the play. The priest advises the lovers to be careful and to moderate their behaviour. Nevertheless, he still helps them with their relationship.

Friar Laurence is the one who devises the plan that will allow the lovers to reunite. He helps Romeo get into Jul.iet's room. He also devises the plan of giving Ju.liet a sleeping potion. Overall, the Friar does a good job of following through with the plan. However, his letter warning Romeo of the plan does not reach him in time, leading to the tragic downfall of the characters.
