one thing that i would make free of cahrge would be paracetamol, paracetamol is a pain relief medication this would help people of many situations such as homeless, prisoners and elderly these people may not receive proper medical treatment and can be in a lot of pain.

this would change the way we see pain, the way we see medication. alot of people assosiate pain with money this being free would change the world of pain and medication.

So paracetamol is the thing the world needs free of charge. it would change the world.
