Bart had been practicing for the recital for weeks. The piece was by no means an easy one, but Bart had his heart set on Beethoven, and nothing else would do. Each day, he came home from school and practiced. At first, he could only plunk out the notes. But slowly, the music fell into place. His fingers moved faster and faster over the keyboard. Bart smiled. Even Beethoven would have been proud!
