The range of benefits is wide: emotional, economical, physical, spiritual, educational, all things that matter in life.

My advice is to think about some bad experiences you had in the (remote) past and look carefully at all the consequences. Stick with one clear example of a blessing in disguise, take a long walk and when you come back start writing.
