If you are looking for a Director who has strong project management skills, the ability to lead people, and the experience to be able to cultivate a culture of teamwork and innovation among staff, then I am your man. I come to you from an experienced background, and am able to bring an assortment of knowledge and skills to every area of your business.

For the last twelve months I have been a Director of Johnsons Mechanics, where I have not only organized, built and managed multiple teams, but have also been intimately involved in putting together departmental policies and procedures. I have a proven ability to prioritize and make critical decisions under tight deadlines.

Aside from my technical abilities, my pleasant manner and excellent communication skills allow me work closely with people from all social backgrounds.

I would very much welcome a personal meeting with you to discuss your needs and my ability to meet them. My schedule is flexible and I am available for interview during the day, evening and at the weekend.

answer: this is not a good thesis statement because a thesis statement is not supposed to have questions in it. a thesis states your position on your topic. a question cannot state anything because it is not a statement. a question is a great lead in to a thesis, but it can't be the thesis.
