Why does agility help in netball?

Agility is our body's ability to be fast and nimble, change direction, and change the positioning of our body - while our body is actively in motion. you only have 3 seconds with the ball and possession changes rapidly with interceptions and turnovers. Some players have limited space to move in so agility is imperative.
