Many organizations do not consider hygiene as important factor and save cost by reducing cleaning expenses. The area in the industry where beverages and food manufacturing is taking place must be clean and people responsible for manufacturing process must wear gloves and hair caps so that their contaminated hand are not in direct contact with the food products and hairs do not fall in it. This is most common bad practice that most organizations follow to save money and maximize profits.
