Based on key concepts in this lesson and key concepts in lesson 4, how might a group establish a group communication norm for themselves for determining what group communication roles each member will play so the group can have the most effective level of group communication? Many groups complain about unequal participation in group communication. How could a group enforce their own group communication norms about their group members playing group communication roles?
