Dear brother,
i hope you are healthy and doing well. i am deeply saddened while writing this letter to inform you that our beloved grandmother is hospitalised. Yesterday i decided to pay a visit to her at the hospital and i was stunned to see her condition. she’s gotten really weak and could barely speak or sit straight. although she got very happy to see me after so long and had put on a bright smile on her face as always.
it would mean a lot to her if you could visit her at the global hospital as soon as possible.
