Find the implied main idea Lower class criminals are more likely to be caught than wealthy criminals. And once caught, they are less likely to be able to afford highly skilled legal representation. When they appear in court, their life history which often include quitting school, unemployment, divorce and appear apparent lack of responsibility when judged by middle class standards may work against them. As a result lower income criminals are likely to revive heavy penalties than higher income. And because they often cannot afford bail lower income criminals often have to wait trail in jail cells.
