1. Good grades

Explanation:

Step one is the big picture, good grades will help me build my career and future as well as giving my applicable knowledge towards my career.

Step two is defining who I want to be. I have strong work ethics and establishing good grades will allow me to strengthen my work ethic.

Step three is defining a specific plan. I will study for an hour every single day

Step four is setting a low result goal. Although I want straight A's, B's are an acceptable grade.

Step five is establishing feedback, I will check in with my teachers for feedback on my grades
