PLEASE HELP ME ANSWER THE QUESTIONS PROPERLY

In Chapter 3, Scout declares that she doesn't have to go to school. Like Burris Ewell, she can just show up the first day and then stay home the
rest of the year. Atticus tells Scout that she does have to go to school, but sometimes it's better to bend the law in special cases, like Burris Ewell.
Is this uneven application of the law fair and just? Why or why not? Is it okay to bend the law and if so under what circumstances? Use evidence
from the text to defend your point of view.
