racism is one of our societys biggest issues and it needs to change. we always want want to feel comfortable and welcome, but the way the world is treating people just because of their skin colour or religion makes me realise that some people have and will never know that sense of comfort.

the black lives matter movement is one of the biggest riots in gen z history. youd think that the government and the world would finally listen to us because people from all over the world have came together and stood for other peoples rights, but they dont. they continue to hide the racism in our country by throwing anyone that is in these riots into prison. i for one dont understand the way they are handling it; them taking people to prison for peacefully protesting (which we have the right to) makes them seem even more racist then they already are. i feel as if they should agree with us instead of making this an even bigger deal than it has to be, and i hope you think the same.

without black people we wouldnt have:

Automatic Elevator Doors.

Improved Ironing Board.

Refrigerated Trucks.

Three-Signal Traffic Light.

Home Security System.

Central Heating Furnace.

Mailbox

these are all everyday items and without them we wouldnt have been able to have made it this far. if you were to go into a world without black people you wouldnt see any skyscrapers because alexander mills ,a black man, wouldnt have made been able to make the elavator system and i think youd find it very hard to travel up and down a tall building. another thing you would notice would be that there are few if any cars because richard spikes, a black man, invented the automatic gearshift, joseph gambol, also black, invented the super charge system for internal combustion engines, and garrett A. organ, a black man, invented the traffic signals. and you may be thinking 'i dont need a car, ill just use a train' well one could not use the rapid transit system because its procurer was the electric trolley, which was invented by another black man, albert R. robinson.
